Web design schools in the District of Columbia area offer students the opportunity to take part in one of the fastest-growing fields currently on the market. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, no other industry is as poised for growth as web design, which gives new graduates access to better employment opportunities, higher pay, and increased job security. Most DC web design schools offer flexible training in everything from graphic design to web development. Students can choose to rely heavily on the creative side of things, learning Photoshop and web animation, or on the more technical aspect of web design, working with HTML codes and search engine optimization techniques.
