Study Nursing at South University
South University offers three different nursing programs. Each program provides the administrative, technical, clinical, and ethical training you need to succeed in the high-demand profession of nursing.
Registered nurses provide nursing care to patients and may provide health education, administrative services, or case management. They assess the health status of patients, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Registered nurses may specialize in fields such as pediatric nursing, psychiatric nursing, or hospice care. They may continue their education to become nurse practitioners.
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, offered at three South University campuses and online, teaches:
