You have several options when it comes to nursing schools in Kentucky. You will have to decide which one best fits your needs depending on the amount of time and money you're willing to put into your education. A licensed practical nurse (LPN) works under other health professionals to provide routine care. You can also get an Associate degree to become a registered nurse (RN). In this position, you will work as part of a healthcare team to plan and provide care for patients. RNs can also complete a baccalaureate degree, which will give you more leadership roles and responsibilities once you start working.
