Colorado Technical University Engineering Programs
Colorado Technical University (CTU) is an independent educational institution accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
CTU prepares motivated, career-oriented students for success in technology-based industries. First time college students and experienced professionals gain the industry-current knowledge, skills, and credentials they need to enter and advance in their chosen careers.
CTU operates five campuses: Colorado Springs, Denver, Kansas City, Pueblo, and Sioux Falls. Program availability varies by location.
CTU offers technology-driven and career-focused undergraduate and graduate degrees in a variety of engineering and computer fields.
Class Formats
Classes are structured to accommodate the lifestyles and responsibilities of today’s learners.
In addition to classroom-based programs, CTU offers five online engineering/computer science degree programs (see below).
Available on most CTU campuses, the DegreeNOW program offers hybrid learning options. Students can combine night, weekend, and online classes for maximum flexibility.

Coursework
Undergraduates take foundation studies classes in addition to their engineering courses. They learn the skill sets currently required for the careers they are pursuing. Professors -- many of them working professionals in the fields they teach -- teach practical, real-world skills. Undergraduate coursework also prepares students to go on for graduate degrees.
Career Opportunities
CTU prepares students for careers in technology-based industries. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) expects rapid growth in the availability of computer science jobs in the next few years. BLS predicts overall job opportunities in engineering will be good, varying by specialty. Starting salaries for engineers are among the highest of all college graduates.
DeVry University offers Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, and Graduate Programs in engineering. Engineering and information science professionals have many career options; their skills are in high demand.
